The compact 2744 High Pressure Inspection Device is used for the final inspection of balloon catheters. The product is pressurized with a specific pressure or with vacuum and held for a defined time. The process parameters can be managed and displayed via the user interface and visualised graphically in the test report.
Manual Control
The machine offers the possibility for manual control of the balloon catheters to fill the test objects with compressed air and to deflate them after any time.
Leakage Test
A maximum allowed filling volume can be defined. After reaching the test pressure, a drop from the test pressure can be detected.
Option - Compliance Test
Gradual pressure increase with dwell times to measure the pressure-dependent balloon diameter.
