This Balloon Forming Machine is designed to produce a variety of plastic balloons.
The electrical heated stretch blow molding process allows the production of different balloons for angioplasty and other medical applications.
The balloon is formed in a three part mold of which the right side is automatically removed after the balloon is formed.

Balloon mold diameters between 1.5 to 40 mm and the balloon lengths from 10 to 300 mm are possible.
The linear movement necessary to form the balloon controlled by digital input or by stretching force feedback up to 400 N.
