The CO2 Laser Welding Machine is designed to weld rotation-symmetrical connections of plastic tube and other materials. The Laser is used for distal and proximal welding of balloon catheters and for tip forming. Short welding length and soft flexible welding as well as high productivity and a reproducible process are the advantages of the laser technology. The vision system with macro zoom monitor and line generator ensures easy in-line inspection and accurate tube placement before welding.
