Final Blow Station (Typ: 822000)

The Final Blow Station is used for blowing out the balloons after the forming process. By feeding the balloon into the tube clamp fixture and clamping the other side the machine can blow the balloon up to a specific pressure. The process is PLC controlled and gets started by closing the sound proof door. The parameters can be entered using an alphanumerical user interface and will be displayed on the LCD. It is possible to connect the station to an external PC. Up to five balloons can be processed in one cycle. Each balloon will be blown individually. In the case of a bursting balloon the process for that balloon will be stopped.
