Balloon Moulding Machine (Typ: 503000)

This Balloon Moulding Machine is designed to produce a variety of plastic balloons. The electrical heated stretch blow moulding process allows the production of different balloons for angioplasty and other medical applications. This machine is equipped with a SPS Controller. A connection to an external database will also be provided. The moulds are clamped by a compact cylinder in a linear slide guidance. Balloon mould diameter between 1.5 to 14 mm and the balloon length from 10 to 250 mm and more are possible. All Process parameters for specific products can be stored in separate menus.
